Board Meetings
Board meetings are open to all members. Our next meeting is August 10, 2026 at 6:00 pm, held via Zoom.

Each meeting follows the same agenda: call to order, approval of prior minutes, President's report, financial report, Loveland Ski Area update, Program Director update, committee updates, and member comments, followed by adjournment.
Member comment is open to any club member who wants to address the board; each speaker gets three minutes and is asked to state their name before speaking. The board may choose not to respond during this portion, to keep the time fair for all speakers.
Upcoming meetings: August 10, and October 5, 2026; December 7, 2026; February 8, 2027; and April 5, 2027 (our Annual Meeting and election).
