Returning families get a pre-registration window each spring, followed by public registration a couple weeks later. On the day registration opens, click the button for your preferred program and complete the short form to hold your spot. You’ll receive an invoice by email within 48 hours, and it must be paid within 72 hours or you’ll forfeit your spot to the waitlist.

Popular programs can sell out within 24 hours of opening. If you know you’re joining us next season, register as soon as the window opens.

Work Credit is a refundable charge on your season tuition invoice. Complete your volunteer requirement by the end of the season and it’s refunded, or carried over to next season. Volunteer opportunities are posted to our Volunteer page each fall, once competition dates and locations are finalized.

Jacket pickup happens at our Season Kick-Off Party each October (exact date announced closer to the event), at Loveland Ski Area’s basin. It’s a great event to attend, you’ll also get a full program rundown and your Loveland Ski Area season pass voucher.

Miss the party? Pick up your jacket after the first day of practice at the LSC Clubhouse, next to Lift 3.

Bring your athlete with you to try on the correct size, and a credit card to keep on file in case of damage or a jacket not returned at season’s end. Sizes are first-come, first-served.

Race calendars for all programs are posted here each fall, once the US Ski & Snowboard Rocky Mountain Division announces the season schedule. Your coach can also fill you in on your program’s specific schedule.

A one-page PDF released 1 to 2 weeks before each race, covering venue location, registration prices and deadlines, lift ticket prices, spectator info, and a link to the event’s live-updates group chat.

Email administration@lovelandskiclub.com right away. You’ll receive a full refund and can re-register for the correct program if space is available; otherwise you’ll join that program’s waitlist.
